Cool...............

Will try some Serious OC ...And guess what will be my next upgrade?
Yes It will be Phenom II ..

After upgrade to Biostar board I found that GFX card is not getting proper air flow from side panel fan cos card is now placed in bottom pci-e 16 slot resulting increase in temp of GFX.
So decided to do something. Cut the side panel and fitted an Aluminum wire grill. And placed two Foxconn 92mm fan.

But these fan are very noise in my wc setup. Got to do something…..searched my work place found a 5w thermo-resistance used in Xerox machine to temp control huge 240mm 24v fan.
So designed a 1-3 fan pin extender with two connectors are controlled by this thermo-resistance. Resuling a quite fans…..

Thanks
One have to be very care full of proper wattage of thermo resistor will using it, else will result in no power to fans. Luckly i found the exact thermo resistor for this.

oh ok, otherwise why would ya have one, right 😛

ok well dont take offense to this at all, i mean u posted this to get feedback right? well it is a master piece technologically, but honestly its kinda ugly. maybe you should cover up some parts with something and leave only PC components showing rather than gray metal

yeah he just needs to limit the transparency a little. infact, the ugly parts of the pc can be covered up by making the transparent case material look foggy/icey. tha'd be sweet

I tried Nlite for MCE and it did not work right, installed then was all busted. With Vista and Win7 around the corner, i guess i will to retire my FDD soon and just get a good card reader(my FDD is the one with a card reader, but no SDHC support. anyone know a good one with SDHC?).

Well, i only install/reinstall after major HW changes, so i guess i will be ok since i have not intents to buy another copy of XP and my XP machines should be good for a long time.

When you used Nlite, was it with MCE? maybe i messed something up with that. I did just as they told me, but you never know.

This is a pretty K!ckass DIY case. Lots of creativity and knowledge to pull this off. I admire you using parts around instead of buying all new things. This makes me want to grab my multimeter and start modding away.

True. But most people don't read the PMs due to the fact that the PM notification's at the bottom of the page. lol. I had 5 PMs and only knew it when some one asked me about them in a thread. I believe the OP has e-mail notification in this thread.

Hi I am back with some updates on my Homemade transparent PC and Wattercooling kit.
New Small and Improved water friction Cpu Block. (Upto 3C temp drop above older block)
New MOSFET Heat sink for Biostar TA790GX-128M (help me to take more juice of my CPU via voltage mod)

USB Tv-Tuner installed Internally (since had no Extra PCI slot for Tv-tuner cards)

Have a look
