Question Horizontal Lines On Screen

Hi,
I'm using dual boot windows and Linux
recently I have installed kali Linux but while using kali I'm get horizontal black bars screen and system crashing (like mouse and keyboard light getting off).
sometime this issue gets while login.

i tried some boot parameter method but not working.
i tried in terminal ,

[B]sudo nano /etc/default/grub[/B] 

[B]GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset"[/B]

after using nomodeset screen resolution changing to 640x480 with 0fps and cant change in display settings. (but I didn't face screen issue in this mode)
i tried this to change resolution but not working

[B]GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset video=hyperv_fb:1366×768"[/B]

• using intel i3 530
• no external gpu
• 8gb ram
• using dual boot in SSD

Kali is not for novices. Install a mainstream Linux distro (Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint), and check how your GPU performs.

I'm not novice in kali, I have Used it in VirtualBox yet.

so i wanted to shift in kali fully.

I'm getting same issue in Manjaro OS, Android OS.
