I purchased a motherboard from Newegg and the motherboard was defective. So I sent it back to Newegg thought the RMA service and Newegg sent me an email stating that the cpu pins on the motherboard were damaged and the refused to give me a refund and sent it back to me. I have been building computers for years so I no the proper way to build a computer. There was no damage to the cpu pins when I sent it back with the cover protecting the cpu pins. Newegg so called be computer techs bent the pins. So buyers beware if you buy something from newegg you can’t get a refund with their shady RMA service. I have a new slogan line for Newegg may not contain awesome.
