Question How can I connect Home theater into my pc motherboard

I have BoAt 3100D Home theater System with 5.1 surround the Home theater has AUX connectivity option, optical fiber connectivity, HDMI connectivity, and Bluetooth. The problem here is this that if I try connecting it through AUX cable then I will only get 2.1 stereo output from analog cable. Second optical fiber option is not available in my pc. Bluetooth is also going to produce stereo sound. Now the last option i have is connecting it via HDMI so please let me know how to configure and do that my graphic card only have single HDMI port and Another HDMI port is on Motherboard so is there any solution for me so I can able to get true 5.1 surround sound from my pc.

No only single HDMI Port is available
