Question How can I fix "We can't sign in to your account" error ?

Hi,

Anyone know how to fix "we can't sign in to your account"?
I already try some method in youtube like from opening regedit and delete folder or stuff like that from profile list after that when I restart my PC the problem still appear again.

it seems like my PC can't detect my main account, but when I see in Local disk (C) my main account is still in there with my data. But when I restart my PC and open my main account, My PC always sets up a temporary account or says "we can't sign in to your account".

Where are the settings like returning to the factory reset ?

sound like the profile is corrupted.
create a new admin account and copied the document from the old corrupted profile to the new one

So my main account got corrupt and the solution is have to move my data from old account to new one in admin account. Thank you, I will try it later on

as long as you are 100% sure you don't have anything else saved for that user.
