[SOLVED] How can i get the most out of a locked intel cpu?

I have an i5 4590 and as the title says, I would like to squeeze the most most out of it, but don't really know how because unfortunately it is locked. Any tips would be appreciated😀.

Well, that's one way, but for now I would like to work with what I got and would like to discover some ways (if there even are any) of increasing the cpu's performance.

You can see what/if Intel's XTU will allow in the realms of specifying max turbo speed on all cores, overriding turbo duration limits....; that's about it, but, every few hundred MHZ across all cores is better than not having it.
