[SOLVED] How can i get the most out of a locked intel cpu?

I have an i5 4590 and as the title says, I would like to squeeze the most most out of it, but don't really know how because unfortunately it is locked. Any tips would be appreciated.

Well, that's one way, but for now I would like to work with what I got and would like to discover some ways (if there even are any) of increasing the cpu's performance.

You can see what/if Intel's XTU will allow in the realms of specifying max turbo speed on all cores, overriding turbo duration limits....; that's about it, but, every few hundred MHZ across all cores is better than not having it.
