Question How can I make my headphones mic and sound work at the same time

Hi everyone

I use motorola pulse escape headphones with my windows 10 pc laptop. My headphones are wireless but I connect them with the included cable. They have a built in mic that works, in realtek audio manager it ask me what device I plugged in when I plug in my headphones. If I choose mic then only the mic works but the sound doesnt, but if I choose headphones or speaker then only the sound works. How can I make the mic and speakers on my headphones work at the same time together. My laptop is an asus rog gl703ge running windows 10 x64
