[SOLVED] How do I acquire AMD Freesync Premium?

My current GPU is a Radeon RX 580, and my main monitor is a Samsung LC27G5xT. I looked up for Compatibilities on the AMDs website and it says that my Samsung monitor is compatible with Freesync Premium and I'd like to know what I have to do to get the Freesync feature. Do I need to upgrade to a GPU that has Freesync Premium or is this something that can be installed? I look up for answers but they aren't clear on where or how you get the Freesync feature.

it is hardware. and gpu driver. and use dp or hdmi
