Question How do I enable XMP on my Asus Asrock 970 Extreme4?

My RAM is under performing and I saw that enabling XMP might do the trick. I even found a screenshot of where to go in BIOS on my Asrock 970 Extreme4 which was under DRAM timing control but when I went there in BIOS there was only the auto option or I could manually choose from a list which frequency to use. NO XMP in sight.

My BIOS is updated to the latest version.
