Hello,
Problem:
I woke up this morning and now my PC just does not boot. I started the pc and got and error code 0xc0000221 and also that my operating system couldnt be loaded because ther kernal is missing or contains errors

What I have tried to fix it:
-Complete reinstallation of windows wiping my drive
-Bought a new SSD and installed a new copy of windows onto it
-Tried setting all bios settings back to default
-also tried to start in safe mode and will not work

If someone knows a fix or even has an idea I would appreciate it very much, thanks.(I can post specs if you need it)
