How do I get rid of annoying Corrupt file pop up message?

I know very well that my files wil become corrupt if i suddenly turn of my
computer. I'd like to stop seeing the damned anoyying pop up warning corrupt
file message.....because it appears every 30 seconds opr so....and I already
planned to let check disk run at the boot.....

well.....now im not getting it anymore....but still how do i turn of the
windows warning message?

By addressing the cause of the message. Are you shutting down improperly? If
so, don't.

acckkk i will have to reboot my computer now and not do check disk to write
down the error message......but anyways it starts by poping up in the ystem
tray where the clock is and stuff....but it has an Triangle with an
exclamation point in it and it is yellow......
