As of lately i've been playing Overwatch and Valorant. It feels like i should be getting more fps with my setup since these games are not too heavy to run.

In Overwatch my fps on all low (only high in texture)

Around 100-150 fps

In Valorant with Med Settings (AA-None, Anisotropic Filtering 4x)

Around 100-150 fps (even with low settings i roughly get the same fps)

Also i only i have 60hz Monitor with 1366x768 resolution

Here's the specs of my PC:

CPU : Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHZ
GPU : GALAX 1060 6GB
PSU : HYDRO G 650W
MOBO : B350 TOMAHAWK
COOLING : SEIDON 240P
RAM : T-FORCE Delta 3000mhz DDR (2x8gb)
SSD : SAMSUNG 860 EVO 250GB
HDD : WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB SATA

At that resolution you are going to 100% be cpu bound. Upgrading your cpu to something more powerful would definitely help.
