How do I install a new graphics card in a laptop?

Hello... typically "NO" ... they are designed as a portable self contained unit, with not much for upgradability with GPU's and the extra power needed for them. Typically the RAM and Drives are your only option for upgrades.

Well, it's not totally impossible...there is an external pci slot that you can connect to your laptop ...Anyway i found that those things aren't that expensive

But some powerful gpu's need external psu ( power supply)

Generally, you don't.

There are solutions such as an eGPU. But that is basically just spending money to turn a low performing laptop into a low performing desktop.
