[SOLVED] How do I make my AMD CPU run at costant speed under load

I got the new AMD CPU, Ryzen 5 3600xt. How do I make it run at full speed (about 4.5ghz and 4.6ghz) under load. Minecraft is a CPU dependent game I get like 180-250fps on 1k display with optifine, why the fps is so low? The game does fill smooth the fps is jumping and not constant.. and I saw that people are getting like 180-200fps on low settings in warzone but I get about 140-150 on low settings like wtf.... I was expecting for more fps....

My specs:
sapphire pulse rx5700 xt BE
5 3600XT
8x2gb 3200mhz
mobo: MPG B550 gaming plus
650watt gold psu
120mmx2 liquid cooling

You don't. You let it boost to it's proper frequency and temps. You can set a locked frequency, but it won't be near 4.5-4.6ghz.

That's shouldn't be unexpected if they're using a ridiculously high and dangerous voltage to make it possible, and operating for a very short period just to say "I done it". Either that or maybe just plain lying.

Also a few 100mhz are not going to increase your COD MW FPS by approximately 33%. Is your RAM definitely running at 3200mhz?
