How do i overclock my q8200

Hello,

I know that the Q8200 is not the best CPU to overclock but i do not want anything extreme. I've read guides on the internet how to overclock, but the options are different. i cant find the option to change voltages and ram
here is a picture of the options i get.

Q8200(stock cooling)
Asus p5kpl/1600
2X2G of Kingston (400Mhz) ram
600w pus

The CPU frequency is what you need to change, is currently at 333, also set your DRAM frequency to whatever it should be.
You'll also need to increase the Vcore at some point, as im sure you are aware after reading some guides.
