So I currently have both a ssd (256gb silicon power ssd) and hdd (2tb seagate barracuda 7200rpm) in my PC right now. I also currently have windows 10 and some files and applications on my ssd. Everything else is on the hdd. The problem I was having was that my pc randomly freezes and is followed by the blue screen of death. I'm pretty sure its because of the silicon power ssd as it was cheap. So to fix that problem I either can buy a new ssd or transfer the files and os to my hdd. However, I currently do not have the money right now to buy a reliable ssd so I have to resort to the second option. I looked online at tutorials of how to clone the stuff, but that would make it wipe everything on my hdd which I dont want.

How would I get my OS and files from my ssd to my hdd without losing anything?

Specs of my PC:
CPU-Ryzen 5 1600
RAM- 2x4gb patriot viper elite
MOBO-Aorus B450 elite
GPU-ASUS DUAL gtx 1060 6gb

That is near impossible.
It can be done, but not without a known good full drive backup on some other media. And if you have that, you might as well have just bought a new SSD.

And I would not look to the Silicon Power drive being the issue.
Far more likely that it is software related, or other hardware.

What tests have you done on the SP SSD to indicate that is the issue?

I've mostly checked all the software and it seems to be good. Also, the bluescreen of death stop code is unexpected store exception and critical process died. All my other hardware components are in pretty good condition.
