So when I turn HDR on in windows settings, the screen becomes a lot bright. I don't know if its supposed to be like that. Is it good for the eyes?
I can't change the brightness from the monitor settings. They get greyed out after turning on HDR. Isn't there a way to reduce brightness with windows?
Monitor has 300 nits brightness. Acer KG241Qs
Everything looks okay with the high brightness, but I've never used it so it seems strange and It'll take time for my eyes to adapt.
Turning on HDR improves color a lot.

Windows 10 64 bit October update (Didn't update further because of performance loss.)
