Solution
You will probably have to do a whole wipe and reinstall of the OS in the new system. Don't worry about wiping that drive first.

There is a small possibility that the old drive and its OS might work in the new PC, prepare for the greater probability that it will not.

  1. Create a Win 10 USB install. Here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
  2. Build the new system
  3. put the drive in and see what happens. It might boot up. Maybe.
  4. If not, this is when you boot up from the Win 10 USB you made earlier, and do a full wipe and reinstall.

With all new hardware, a clean install is always recommended, often required...

Because i want to sell my older pc and take out the ssd... i want to uninstall this windows from C: (ssd) and install it od D: (hdd) but idk how
You're selling the system with the HDD, and Windows on it?
Are you selling this with the current Win 10 license?
If so, you'll need to purchase a whole new OS license for your new system. Can't use the same license code on two systems.

also what would happen if i complety delete the stuff on ssd so it would be empty and then i would put it into my newer pc... without reinstalling windows or anything, just letting it there so i have more space?

So from the instructions above, do the OS install on the HDD you're selling it with.
Just take the SSD out, and install on the HDD.

As noted in the above comments, make your own WIN 10 USB.
You'll need a blank USB flash drive of 8GB or larger.

Links again:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Go there and read through the process a few times.
