How do I transfer files from multiple hdd to one?

I have 4 hdd in my pc, all different sizes, no raid or anything, and I'm planning on getting a new 1tb hard drive.

How do I put all of my stuff onto the new hard drive?

Do I just plug it in and drag and drop everything like a flash drive?

Yes... Pretty much that is what you'll be doing. If one of the drives is your OS drive, you will have to either do a fresh install than drag and drop everything else over or use a migration software like Norton's Ghost to clone the drive to the new SSD.
