I have a Gigabyte H61m-ds2 (rev 5.0) Motherboard which is supposed to have PCIE 3.0 and a Core i5 3470s CPU installed. Would it be qualified for PCIE 3.0 to be presented in this motherboard? Thanks all

Solution
PCI-E 3.0 should be enabled automatically. The only reason you won't be running at PCI-E 3.0 speeds would be if your GPU is idling, in which case the link speed lowers to save power, or if you have a very old graphics card that only supports PCI-E 2.0.
