How do you unplug audio cable?

Hi,
How do you unplug audio cable, the black plug from cd-rw. Damn once I unpluged it and plugged it then I can't unplug it again. I pressed the black thing and pulled it but it didn't work. Any tip?
STUPID SONY Techsupport never replies to my email or phone. I have sony spressa professional 16X8X, but audio cables are the same for all cd and cd-rw

From what I know, pressing on the tab is all you need to do to release the plug. You might have jammed it after putting it back in - try using a little force while pressing on the tab to take it out. Resort to tools if you must
