Question How does my 1440p high settings build look?

After reading up I've decided to go for an AM5 build. Upgrading from an i7-9700k + rtx 2070 super to this:

GPU: RX 6800xt
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
COOLER: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 FX Black
MOBO: Asus PRIME B650-PLUS
RAM: Kingston DDR4 FURY Beast 2 x 16GB

Already have storage, Windows, PSU (850watts).

I usually play games like Jedi Fallen Order, Elden Ring, RDR2, Witcher 3, Resident Evil remakes, Hogwarts Legacy, etc.

What are your thoughts? I was looking to spend ~€1000-1200 and am currently mostly unsure if this is the best cpu/gpu combo. Also unsure about the DDR4 RAM.

Your build looks good other than the fact AM5 requires DDR5 RAM.
