How good is this RX 470?

Looking to get myself an new GPU, my old R9 270x finally died on me after two years, I'm looking to spend around two hundred dollars on a new card. Will the RX 470 be able to keep up in games like DayZ, arma 3, and rust? I also have a I7-6700, so no CPU bottleneck should be a issue.

A well made RX470 is almost the same like RX480, but it is important to choose well. Cheapest model, Sapphire RX470 OC has crappy cooler and runs low clocks. Asus one, reviewed here on Toms is also not great. I would choose one of these Sapphire Nitro+ or MSI Gaming X. MSI is probably the best 4GB model, and Sapphire Nitro - best card with 8GB, because it comes with 8GHz speed memory.
