slowing the internet in windows 10 i saw the network taken from selfishnet in my pc and i play online games cant make my internet slow
how i know what is slowing my network speed in my programs in windows 10 and already disabled auto update

Run the Resource Monitor and select the Network Tab.
That will show you what processes and network activity are running on your computer.
Then look at the other tabs and search for other processes that may consuming resources at the expense of the system performance.
However, there are many things (for example other computers, cell phones, network configuration settigs, bad cables) that can drag down network performance.
