Im making my first pc build budge is around $2500 doing it for gaming, editing, and coding, and more, i know i9 has it problems i just wanted a good proccessor thats good with everything

I would look at a locked i7 which is much easier to tame while giving you similar performance and going with Windows 11.

A couple of things are left to be done MSI
The moment you want to spend that much money, I would suggest you to get an AMD processor (like 7800x3d) and spend more money on a graphics card (better Nvidia).
I consider Win10 completely invalid for initial installation
