3-4 years 800x600 (depending on the games), that resolution is quite low to speak.

Pretty much the same, only a bit longer. No-one can predict the future, your going to get a meaningless answer as no-one knows what games will require and what specs you'll need.

Both are as good, though expect a PC to be better in the long run, you have the ability to upgrade a PC, where as PS4 is a throwaway idem, with no upgrade ability options.
