How much can i overclock 4 gigs of 667ddr 2 memory?

Wanna try getting more out of my ddr 2 667 memory chips at a gig a piece? how would i go about doing this and setting this up in my bios? Can anybody explain for me?

Basically you can overclock it until it wont run stable or boot, then you will have to back it down til it does.
