finally I was able to attach 120mm fan on coolermaster hyper TX3, what I did is very simple , just attach two loosely wires ( silver wire taken out from cable tv wire) in parallel positions and then put heatsink on fan then fix it by attaching wire from one of parallel wire to another . two rollovers are more than enough for tight and firm attachment. see in pics....

I also rotate the face of heat sink as seen in older setup to new direction for better air flow by simply moving the heat sink clip fron its original mentioned place to new place which is passing clip through heat sink pipes not the two cuts markings on heat sink.
