How to block proxy server websites

hi to all! please help me how to block all proxy server websites in my router ( netgear brand ) so that no one can access anymore to the websites that i already restricted like facebook. hoping you can help me with this..

How are you blocking facebook? It may not be the router where you want to make the change depending on your configuration.
