How to change IP to get vote on IP Based Contest?

Hello everyone..
I was referred by my friend to this forum.
I have a photo contest, but its seem it using IP based system.
So that after done giving vote there, I can't give ore vote there.
I wonder, because there's many contestant get till 2000 votes at the same contest and look so easy to collect it.

Anyone can help me to solve this?

This makes no sense. If it's an internet based voting form, it shouldn't care what your IP address is unless it only allows one vote per IP address in which case you have already voted.
