How to change the Language used by seagate external hard drive?

My seagate on the left has a strange language. How do I change it to English?

This question does not make sense; a hard drive does not have a language setting.

However, if the hard drive has been attached to another PC that was using another language files might have been created with names in another language.

Are you talking about Windows itself or files that are on your Seagate external drive?

Are the file names in a different language other than english?
