If the logon is attached to MSA, I don't know how you could have 2 passwords as the online one should match your PC. I use a PIN, its not used online so in a way I have two. It seemed to confuse Microsoft Office as over Christmas I would keep getting told there are problems with my logon as the password office had wasn't my pin.
Sounds like you have two accounts on the PC. One being the Microsoft Account and the other being a Local Account.

Then it asks to change the password, but this is the microsoft one, not the login one for my PC.
