I am having 100% disk usage (whenever I install or move or backup a game on Steam OR whenever I install any software) and during that time, I can't properly do other tasks or open apps, they tend to become "Not responding".
When I am not doing these backups or move or install any software, the SSD works fine. Even while gaming no issues.

So I am wondering how to check if ports in AHCI mode and if not, how to enable it?Have you confirmed your motherboard's SATA ports are in AHCI mode?
