How to configure public ip address on a router

i received a public ip from my ISP and need to configure to enable access my server remotely

All you need to do is enter the WAN settings on your router and set to manual. Then enter the WAN IP address and your ISP login info. You may also need to enter the DNS addresses. Thats pretty much it...
But if you are really having trouble with it then you could also talk to your ISP and ask for some assistance.
