How to connect a WAN

I have a project im doing where i need to design a new network for a company with around 500 employees in 3 cities, New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. I need to know a way to create a high security connection between the three points and im not sure where to start. ANY help is appreciated.

Pretty easy. You first decide if you want a private or public network to carry the traffic based on your requirements for availability and support.
Once you have a network then the security is the same you build a mesh of encrypted tunnels using your favorite brand of firewall or router.
