Hello,
I am going crazy trying to find the right cable to hook up my Dell Inspiron B120 to my 65" 1080p Mitsubishi 737 series tv. I know it has to have 15-pin connection but not sure which one to get. PLEASE HELP!
Unfortunately, according to Mitsubishi's site the 737 does not have a VGA input. You were not specific about which model you had (in the future when asking for help please be as specific as possible) so I reviewed the documentation for the lowest model 73727 which can be found digging around here: http://www.mitsubishi-tv.com/support.html
This TV model does not have VGA or DVI inputs. That means you have to convert your VGA output from your laptop into an HDMI input for your TV.
Further complicating things, it looks like your TV does not have a 3.5mm audio input. Typically, when running video out of the VGA port on your laptop you would also run a 3.5mm audio cable from your laptop's headphone jack to a corresponding input on the TV.
So you need to convert video from VGA to HDMI and you either need to convert audio from 9mm to RCA, or find a video converter solution that will also take in the audio from your laptop and pass that along with the video out through HDMI.
Here's one option that showed up near the top of a "VGA to HDMI" google search: http://www.engadget.com/2010/02/19/atlonas-vga-to-hdmi-adapter-ditches-the-brick-does-1080p-on-us/
