How to connect this acer front panel cable?

Here is the connector on my motherboard:

And which of these 2 connectors do I need to use?

I don't know why i have this front panel connector .

Ok so the black connector on the right side of the image connects to either of the yellow headers you see on the board. It is the front panel usb ports. You will see there is 1 pin blank on the connector and corresponds with the yellow header on the board.


For the white connector, I am unable to see the pins in the image. Could you take a clearer picture of the white connector so that all of the front pins are seen.

right then that too looks like a USB connector so goes into one of the yellow headers as well. Again line up the blank hole with the missing pin on the board.

Does your case have a card reader? These may be for that or for front usb ports.

Those are the case power button, reset button, power led , reset led etc...
They will be much smaller connectors (one or two pin).

They should be there somewhere. Trace back from the power button

try lining up the missing hole with the missing pin on the f_panel motherboard header
