How to cut and paste on a job application

i have NO idea how to cut and paste my resume when i am on a job application screen. they also ask for a browser but when i click on browse i don't recognize any of the listings they supply. i need help because this is basically the only way to apply for a job.

Go to the top of your resume. Hold the left mouse button down.
Move the pointer down to the bottom of your resume until
everything is highlighted. Release mouse button

Press Ctrl C (This copies to clip board)

On the job APP box, point to where the resume goes & click left mouse button. Now press Ctrl V (This will copy resume to job app.)


Note: resume remains in clipboard so you can continue to paste on other applications if needed.

The browser thing you mention I do not understand what you are talking about.
