Delete all partitions on the drive which effectively destroys all your data.

edit boot.ini file, run >>msconfig>>boot.ini tab>>remove the line containing lilo save the changes and reboot.

Well, deleting the MBR will make the PC work less good. How about giving some details as to what you want to do, what's happening exactly, etc...
