I used to have HDD 700gb in 2 parts one for Windows 150gb (Local Disc C) and another part for everything else (Local Disc D). Year ago I bought SSD 240gb and cloned whole (C) windows with program called iSumsoft Cloner to that SSD. Everything is fine with that SSD it works good, but HDD made some random Local Disc called System Reserved (E). Now I have Local Disc C (SSD), System Reserved (E) 100mb, Local Disc (F) and Local Disc (G). My question here is why I cant delete files from that System Reserved paricion and Local Disc F where is old windows with his files. Also if it is possible to make one particion of HDD without losing any data from Local Disc G? I treid just to delete those files from (F) but it says that I need permission from TrusstedInstaller.
This PC
System Reserved E
Local Disc F

Solution
If you cloned ONLY the C partition, you did it incorrectly.

Power OFF
Disconnect ALL drives except the new SSD.
Power UP
Does it boot?

I'm guessing no.
