It's been a year since I've freshly installed Win10 OS and I've never had problem that I have since this morning.
Namely, every time I press caps lock, num lock or scroll lock, I get this ugly notification in the bottom right corner of the screen. I have never had that even on my old builds with Win10 on them. I have tried multiple solution s that doctor Google offered me, but nothing works, I am missing a file in registry, or my properties window is missing some tabs.
Do you guys have any idea how to solve this? I don't know if my configuration has anything to do with this, I also didn't update anything recently, so just feel free to ask me anything you feel is necessary to solve this. Thanks! :)

Perhaps:

However, notifications (however ugly) are likely to be an indications that something is wrong.

Exactly what do the notifications say or indicate?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and Windows 10 information.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for relevant error codes, warnings, or even informational events,

Try the built in Windows troubleshooters. The trouble shooters may find and fix something.

Likewise "sfc /scannow" and "dism"

Hello Ralston18, thank you for taking your time to help.

I am sending this YouTube link, I recorded a short video showing exactly what I am talking about so that you can assist me better in solving this
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xr2ygi4_RLc&ab_channel=JaYZaaR

System specs:
MOBO: MSI B450 VDH-PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU: MSI 1080 Ti Gaming X 11G
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2x8GB 3200MHz
HDD: WDC WD10EZEX-21WN4A0 1TB
SSD: Kingston SA2000 1TB
SSD: Kingston SKC600 256G (OS)
OS: Windows 10 Pro (2004)

In reliability history, the only "x" that I have is "LiveKernelEvent" (which is another problem but that's besides the point now, I know how to prevent it sometimes) and improper shutdown (when I miss the button and click restart instead, so I just press and hold power button to force shut down the system. I am well aware that is not healthy, but it's a bad habit at 3am)

I ran both "sfc /scannow" and "dism" and nothing was highlighted as problematic.

On the notification question, I have no answer.
But on shutting down, I have a couple suggestions:
1. Do not shut down. Use sleep to ram(no hibernate) instead.
Your pc and monitor will enter a very low power state similar to full power off.
Sleep and wake become a handful of seconds.
2. Change the default button to sleep.
Then, you need to be more explicit if you want shut down or restart.
I use windows classic shell to get the windows 7 appearance

Meh, I just downloaded KeyTweak and permanently disabled Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock keys. Accidentally touching any of those instantly minimizes my games to desktop which is ULTRA frustrating and on top of that I don't even need to ever use those keys in my life.
