[SOLVED] How to do a clean install of Windows 10?

so I have all my files backed up on an external HDD, and I have my USB boot drive. do I now have to wipe all the memory from my SSD and HDD?

if you are install to the ssd. unplug the hdd

You can do a clean install from within W10.
Update & Security/Reset this PC

I have been having a lot of issues. the pc reboots when in idle, it's having trouble installing programs. there's tons of errors and warnings in event viewer.

Full wipe and reinstall.

Have only the one desired drive connected when you do this.
