If the laptop came with 10, very unlikely. At the best a new laptop might be compatible with Windows 8.1 Update, but Windows 7 will only bring you problems. Main issue is that laptops have custom drivers for at least some components, and you would have to track down absolutely every driver and check for a Windows 7 compatible one. After that, you would need to buy a Windows 7 license for that laptop. Windows 10 is much better anyway, so you won't mind the upgrade, that's a near certain thing.
