Hello everyone.

I've got a tiny electroluminescent display that I pulled out of a car instrument cluster.

Now I want to use it in other project but I cannot find a way to drive it in "standalone" mode, using some other programmable PCB like Arduino.

Originally, it was connected to instrument cluster with elastomeric connector or zebra connector.

The display looks as follows, the rubber connector paired to small display.
From front facing side it has a marking "VLF_1423_V01 08/01/10" but Idk what that means.

It was displaying S (sport) / winter icons and gear positions like P-R-N-D / 1-2-3-4.
I am planning to use it standalone to still display gear positions.

I couldn't find any resources on Google how to run such display as it is bloated with guides and tutorials of connecting regular Arduino 16×2 LCD.

Does anybody know if there is a ready PCB or a module for Arduino to run this EL display ?
