How to fix dead pixels on led screen

Hello,

my lenovo laptop screen has a dead pixel,how to fix it?
it looks black, sometimes and dark red too.

you can fix it by getting a new one

It's called a dead pixel because it's dead(you can't bring it back). If you could fix it, it would be a broken pixel, not a dead pixel.
