Building computer with 128 GB Kingston SSD. Loaded Win-7 Ultimate 64 bit on it and was working well. I installed two other magnetic HDDs and partitioned them with Acronis Disk Director. While assigning drive letters with Windows Disk Management I decided to create another partition on one of the HDDs using Windows Disk Manager. I did nothing to the SSD. In the process of creating the partition on the HDD the computer hung and I had to reboot. Next I booted to Acronis Disk Director which I used to finish the partition on the magnetic drive.

Now, however, the SSD is not even recognized. It isn't event detected during the BIOS POST. Any suggestions?

MoBoard is ASUS M5A78L-M LX. I have unplugged all other drives and tried to reboot...no go!
In addition, I installed the O/S on one of the magnetic drives to see if Windows Disk Manager would see it. No go!

Basic problem seems to be the BIOS doesn't see it on boot up any longer.

If I remvoe RAM nothing works. Any other ideas?

put a new Corsair into this rig and it works fine. Going to Kingston for an RMA or refurb. Thanks for your help.
