Hi,
This can be one of those weird glitches that Windows 10 has.
- First, do run Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- If it will still not work, uninstall/reinstall the graphics driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot the PC once the latest driver has been installed then test it again.
- Do also make sure to set your GPU as the default or in High Performance.
- If all these will not work, I would suggest reinstalling Windows.
