Question How to I stop my PC from stuttering when streaming?

Every time I stream any game on twitch or discord, It causes random stutters in both keyboard inputs, and my RGB on the PC components starts flickering on and off. FPS and everything else seem to be just fine though.

Also, my motherboard isn't detected on armoury crate or ICUE so I can't even control it. The same goes for my GPU. It won't detect it on RGB Fusion.

Clipping applications like MEDAL won't launch

Check your power saving plan and experiment with Core Parking settings

I've tried fiddling with the Core Parking settings and I haven't gotten any results. I also have a Vengeance PC similar to the OP and I've contacted the company's parent company for assistance. Apparently It's a common issue, and the guy I got for tech support also owns a Vengeance PC and states that he had similar issues. He suggested that I fiddle with Discord settings however everything I've tried hasn't worked.

Check process explorer, could be a dodgy drive, faulty PSU or too much crap running in the background.

Also check if your Intel is on the recall list.
