How to make a portable raspberry pi?

Hello, i was wondering what components it would take for me to make my raspberry pi v2 portable. This includes stuff like power and a screen, thank you!

If you can find a screen that runs off 5v then it should be easy. Are you wanting it to be a single unit? If you are then you need to consider hard wiring the screen otherwise you will have a hdmi cable just hanging around in the way.

If you find a 5v screen then any portable phone/tablet backup battery could be used to power it as they all output USB 5v

I was hoping to get a all in one type system, ive found a lcd display on adafruit that looks quite good but i dont know about what power i need
